Services

Regardless of what personal training service you are interested in we start by meeting with you to understand your personal training aims and then follow up with a free, no obligation one hour session.

When it comes to your fitness goals IFC offers a range of personal training services to suit your needs.
  • Personal training
    If your aims are general – improve your fitness, tone up and get healthy this is the option for you. No set number of sessions, no minimum visits per week and a mix of cardio, resistance training and core strength work to improve your overall fitness.

  • Buddy and small group training
    Just like personal training but you get to do it with a buddy or small group. Improve your fitness, tone up, get healthy and stay motivated.

  • Fat loss
    Targeting fat loss requires the right mix of resistance training, cardiovascular work and a realistic nutritional plan. What you may not realise is your program needs to be changed regularly to ensure you keep achieving results. In addition to your workout your IFC trainer will offer you nutritional planning as part of the service. Starting with just a three a week commitment we will kick start your program, building on it as we go and help you keep track of your progress.

  • Sport specific
    Our clients have included, among others, iron man athletes, ultra marathon competitors and rugby players. For these clients and those who take their sport seriously we will tailor a program to build the right mix of strength, endurance and flexibility to help achieve improved performance in their desired sporting discipline.
     
  • Pre/post natal
    Exercise during pregnancy may seem daunting. IFC trainers will work with you throughout your pregnancy adjusting each and every session so you can feel at ease knowing you are working out in a safe environment for you and your child. Then when you are ready to come back to training we can work with you to design a program, which takes into consideration any effects of childbirth, to help you get back into exercise from the moment your physician gives you the all clear to exercise.
